Existing ConnectEase customers needing a new activation code, should send us an email request.

  • Step 1) If you have not yet done so, download and install the demo driver package. Use it as long as you want. It's fully functional. It just limits the number of records returned from an operation to 100 and does no record locking. When you're ready to start using it for real, move on to Step 2.

  • Step 2) Obtain a serial number

    Enter Your Serial Number here: 
    (Ex. 'H6F-892-123456'. Please include all punctuation.)

  • Step 3) Click here to launch LANimation's On-Line Store (in a new window) and complete your purchase transaction with our secure shopping cart. When you have completed your transaction you will be issued an order number. You should then return to this window to continue.
    Please enter the order number you received from the LANimation Store:
    (ex. '490. Just enter the digits from the order number.')

  • Step 4) Run the registration wizard from your computer (how do I?) and enter the information it provides below:


 

  • Step 5) Please enter the EXACT 8-digit Installation Identification Key provided to you by the ConnectEase Registration Wizard
    ('838E3D53' is shown in the example above. )

  • Step 6) Please Select the Product Option displayed by the Registration Wizard

    ConnectEase Cheap and Consultant is always '1'. Silver and Gold are multiples of 20. 40 users is two 20-packs, etc)

That's it! We will process your request upon receipt and issue an activation code, usually within a few hours.
